schmizza does a decent job on pies, but I'm here to talk about beer. Schmizza Public house has the best on tap beer selection of any place currently open in Sherwood. The owner, Scott, clearly knows his beers. I can always count on at least seven but usually more of my favorites on tap at any given time from places such as Breakside, Fort George, Crux, Sunriver, Three Creeks, and more. A large pie and some great beers. What more could you ask?
My daughter loves the dip sticks with alfredo; we ordered an extra cup of alfredo and didn't receive it; I ordered the penne with pesto cream sauce and subbed meatballs instead of chicken; the meatballs were good but there was no cream in the sauce; they should just mix the pesto with the alfredo.
I've been coming to the Schmizza pub for about a year now... not only do they have great pizza, but a good selection of pub grub, an excellent beer selection, and very friendly staff. It's not your typical Schmizza, but more of a local hang out.
It has become my favorite watering hole! My needs are anticipated, I never have to ask for another beverage, the music is always upbeat, food is fresh and timely, the staff seems to genuinely care about my experience.
